Job Description

• Apply labor and equipment productivities to estimates based on historically accurate values.
• Price legal loads 3 axle for Canada and USA.
• Ensure the full scope of work is included.
• Assemble conceptual and budget costs using past project analytics, benchmarking, and collect different quotes .
• Analyze company data, monitor budgets and prices.
• Review and assess cost estimates.
• Identify labor, material, costs, and time requirements by researching proposals, and any related documents.
• Prepare detailed cost estimate reports.
• Present complex and detailed reports to management.
• Answer Phone calls to assist customer by providing answers related to quotes.
• Prepare, issue, receive and review supplier and subcontractor proposals and pricing.
• Review options based on routes and recommend best solution based on cost competitiveness for T-lane
• Assist in development and maintenance of estimating resource database, guidelines and resource information on products, vendors, subcontractors, government requirements.
• Preparing changes to costs estimates when customers change their plans.

Experience and Skills

• Experience working in Excel is required.
• High school diploma
• Transportation industry experience required.
• Previous experience in similar role required

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year Benefits:
