Job Description

Set up for Jobs (Piling papers, hanging plates, filling inks, Setting up Feeder and more) Organizing Inventory of all the jobs (Paper Count, making sure the paper is correct for all jobs) General Cleanliness, Organization and waste control. Monday Morning - Changing the water, vacuuming, greasing and general cleaning. Making sure all jobs are ruled up and back up, pagination is correct. After shift is done, washing up the press, coater chamber, blades, wipe the blankets, bearer's gutters, back steels) Shift Change (Making sure all wash up bottles are filled. Empty blanket, buckets and back steel reservoir. Fill up wash up and blanket reservoir). Making manual fit moves with plate cylinders. Making sure there is enough inventory (Coating, Ink, Rags, all solutions, gloves and all chemicals). Motivated Individual required - Full Training Available
