What you'll do:

Support personal administrative tasks, scheduling, and logistics.
Coordinate special projects and track progress on executive initiatives.
Oversee office operations, filing systems, and reception support.
Plan events, leadership offsites, and executive travel logistics.
Manage property-related tasks, tenant communications, and vendor coordination.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
What you bring:
Experience:
3-5 years of executive-level administrative support experience.
Education:
Diploma or degree in Business Administration (preferred).
Skills:
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Technical:
High proficiency with Google Workspace and digital scheduling tools.
