This role will support and encourage people while they make one of the biggest decisions of their lives, purchasing a home! You will assist the Sales Manager in all the Presentation Centre activities, including greeting visitors, and ensuring a positive and informative visit. You will conduct administration tasks, enter visitor details and sales activities into the CRM system and make sure to capture key visitor information to support their home buying experience. You will make sure that the Presentation Centre is always kept in a clean and presentable manner, adhering to safety protocols. You will need to be able to work on-site at the Presentation Centre from 11:30am-5pm on Saturday's and Sunday's - depending on sales traffic there is an option for more hours available during the week.
