-Teaching students- must have full knowledge with kindergarten curriculum
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Plan and organize activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and progress
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Patience, flexibility, and a passion for working with young children
