Job Title: Early Childhood Teacher at a Christian Preschool

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher with their Early Childhood Certificate to join our team. This person must reside in Chilliwack BC . We would like to see you if you have had at least one year experience teaching in a preschool.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment to facilitate the development and education of young children. This candidate must also have a personal relationship with Jesus , and be prepared to teach Bible stories.

Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the individual needs of each child
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Utilize effective time management skills to ensure smooth operation of daily activities
- Incorporate special education techniques for children with diverse learning needs
- Engage children in educational activities that promote their social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Maintain a well-organized classroom conducive to learning

Experience:
- Prior experience working with young children in a childcare setting
- Proficiency in written communication for documenting children's progress
- Ability to educate and inspire children through creative teaching methods
- Fluency in English is required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $22.38 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 20 per week
