About the Role
We are looking for
two enthusiastic Instructors
to join our team in January 2026. As an Instructor, you will lead fun, structured weekly sessions for small groups of children (JK-Grade 6, depending on program stream). You'll bring the prepared curriculum to life, create a safe and welcoming space, and help children explore new ideas through engaging activities.Responsibilities
Lead and supervise weekly 1-hour enrichment sessions Set up and clean up materials and classroom space before and after sessions. Create a safe, inclusive, and fun learning environment. Communicate with parents during drop-off and pick-up. Follow program flow and curriculum while bringing your own energy and creativity.
Qualifications
Experience working with children (ECE, camp, tutoring, after-school programs, teaching assistant, etc.). Creative, energetic, and reliable. Comfortable leading small groups (max 16 children). Strong communication and classroom management skills. Current or willingness to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check. Bonus: background in photography, arts, or STEM.
