CS Group Canada, a subsidiary of CS Group and part of the Sopra Steria group, is a catalyst for functional safety and cybersecurity in companies developing critical embedded technologies (avionics, autonomous driving, transportation electrification). Our clients include original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and Tier 1 suppliers in the aerospace, automotive, defense, and railway sectors, seeking functional safety (ISO 26262, DO-178C, DO-254, ARP-4761, ARP-4754, EN50128) and cybersecurity (DO-326A, ISO 21434, UN-R155) certifications to bring their technologies to market.
CS Group supports its clients in their digital transformation, notably through its expertise in AI and Numerical Simulation. Your mission will be to take ownership of these internationally recognized offerings and develop them locally, acting as the interface between clients and the sales team.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the business development strategy in these new segments
Understand client needs and propose customized solutions in CFD and numerical simulation
Respond to calls for tenders
Participate in the launch, execution, and management of the services sold
Attend events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance the company's visibility
Qualifications
Graduate degree (Master's) in engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field, with a specialization in numerical simulation, fluid mechanics, or aerodynamics
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in numerical simulation, acquired in an industrial, scientific, or technological environment
Excellent command of concepts related to fluid mechanics, aerodynamics, aeroacoustics, and aerothermal analysis, as well as CFD simulation tools: complex mesh generation, flow analysis, and scripting (e.g., Python, Bash)
Proven ability to clearly explain complex technical solutions, both in writing and orally, to various audiences (technical teams, sales, clients)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English is essential (French is an asset)
Autonomy, rigor, and initiative. You take a proactive advisory approach with both clients and internal teams
