We are seeking a proactive and technically adept Pre-Sales Business Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and customer engagement, and who enjoys crafting compelling, customized solutions that drive business success. As a key liaison between Sales, Engineering, and our clients, you'll help shape winning proposals, streamline internal processes, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with Account Managers to develop solution proposals, respond to RFPs/RFQs, and address customer technical inquiries.
Prepare accurate customer quotes, fiber construction estimates, and facilities confirmations, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery.
Identify gaps in service design and delivery processes; recommend and implement improvements to boost efficiency and revenue.
Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams--translating complex technical information into business-friendly language.
Support both pre- and post-sales engagement by clarifying technical requirements and assisting in the design of tailored customer solutions.
Document activities, solutions, and best practices to foster knowledge sharing and operational consistency.
Analyze internal business needs and develop supporting documentation to streamline processes and enhance the sales cycle.
Mentor and support peers by sharing technical knowledge and promoting a collaborative team culture.
Use a suite of tools including Vetro, ArcGIS, MS 360, Pipedrive, and Salesforce for day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a pre-sales, technical sales support, or business analysis role (preferably in the telecom, fiber, or infrastructure sector).
A degree in Technology or Engineering is an asset.
Strong understanding of network infrastructure and solution design.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Detail-oriented with strong documentation, process improvement, and project coordination skills.
Proficient in tools such as Vetro, ArcGIS, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and Pipedrive.
Preferred:
Familiarity with RFP/RFQ response processes.
Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Background in telecommunications, fiber networks, or related industries would be an asset.
