Job Summary

We're looking for a dedicated Supervisor to oversee food service and daily operations. The ideal candidate will have the potential and desire to lead a team, ensure high food quality and safety standards, and take full control of the kitchen. This role requires strong leadership skills, solid experience preparing and serving food, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

Duties

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a smooth workflow. Ensure proper food handling and safety protocols are adhered to at all times. Follow food safety, customer service, and operational procedures, and provide guidance to staff. Monitor and report inventory levels and check orders for replenishment. Ensure orders are organized and organized. Ensure products are restocked and rotated. Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas in accordance with health regulations. Provide an excellent food service experience by serving customers as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience in food industry roles such as serving, food preparation, or kitchen work Previous restaurant experience preferred, with knowledge of food safety standards Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food handling procedures, meal preparation techniques, and cooking methods Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in the workplace
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
