We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cook/Dishwasher to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Terms of Employment

Full time or Part time (must be available days, evenings & weekends)

Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment. Ensure proper food handling and storage practices are followed to maintain food safety. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Support market services as needed, including food preparation and packaging product Participate in inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting shortages.

Skills

Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in cooking or kitchen roles. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. A background in catering or restaurant service is beneficial but not required.
