Be part of the team bringing our brand-new concept to life! We're seeking a Bar Manager to join us at The Dusty Boot! Welcome to The Dusty Boot Saloon & Dance Hall - the home of fancy cocktails, cold beer, western grub, and live music. A dressed-up saloon in a dressed-down cocktail lounge, featuring weathered wood, warm leather, the glow of neon, and the sweet sound of boots on the dance floor. Enjoy bar games, cowboy karaoke, billiards, and a chef-driven menu. Saddle up and settle in - must be whisky-drinking age (18+).
Approximate Start Date: December 10th.
Our Prep Cooks are the backbone of the kitchen, ensuring everything is ready for service. You'll chop, measure, and prepare ingredients with care, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and support the Chefs to keep the kitchen running smoothly.

What You'll do:

• Preparing ingredients, ensuring standards are being met
• Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
• Assist with training new team members as required

What You Have:

• Excellent work ethic and communication skills
• 1-2 years of experience working in a kitchen (asset)
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule required
