Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the used car sales process, including inventory acquisition, pricing, and merchandising. Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize profitability and achieve sales targets. Accurately evaluate and appraise trade-in vehicles to ensure fair pricing for both the dealership and customers. Monitor market trends and adjust inventory and pricing strategies accordingly to stay competitive. Train, motivate, and lead the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales performance. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with finance and service departments to streamline operations and enhance overall dealership efficiency. Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Professional, high-energy attitude with a track record of success Exceptional customer service skills Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset Proficient in computer applications Minimum of 3 years' experience in used car management Have excellent presence and communication skills Enjoy working in a team atmosphere Bilingualism is considered an asset
