True North Sports + Entertainment is looking for a Premium Services Bartender to join our team at Canada Life Centre
The Premium Services Bartender will be working with a team to ensure the efficient service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, while exceeding customer service expectations.

What to be excited for in this role: • Ensure the proper portioning and service of alcoholic beverages.
• Verify inventory before and after each shift, and support set up and breakdown of work area.
• Uphold open communication with all working teams.
• Ensure supervisor is informed of issues that arise, and support resolutions.
• Support proper inventory control, cash handling, cleanliness, equipment operation, and safety.

What we need from you: • 2+ years of experience in a bartending position as an asset.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, spirit, and familiarity with a variety of drink recipes.
• Familiarity with POS systems and digital registers.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven ability to communicate with all patrons, customers and coworkers.
• Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to effectively and efficiently solve customer concerns with the utmost professionalism.
• Ability to keep calm under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Current Smart Choices Certification or willingness to obtain.
