Overview

Are you a meat-loving, customer-service powerhouse who can sell a steak to a vegan (well, almost)? Do you know your ribeye from your Picanha, your PEI Blue Dot from your Certified Angus? Can you handle cash, make sales, and keep customers coming back for more? If so, we need YOU

Duties

Drive sales like a boss--engage customers and make sure they leave with the best cuts of their lives. Educate customers on premium meats and seafood--help them understand why a Tomahawk steak is worth every penny. Handle cash and card transactions accurately and securely--because we move fast, but we don't mess around with money. Keep the mobile unit stocked, clean, and running smoothly--presentation matters, both for our meats and our setup. Represent the brand with confidence, energy, and next-level customer service. Safely transport and operate a 24-foot enclosed trailer (if you've got the skills, that's a huge plus).

Sales & Customer Service Skills:

Proven Sales Experience

- You know how to sell and aren't afraid to go for the upsell.

Exceptional Customer Service

- Engaging, knowledgeable, and able to build lasting customer relationships.

Cash Handling & POS Experience

- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a card reader efficiently.

Meat & Seafood Knowledge:

?

Expertise in Premium Cuts & Grades

- Familiarity with high-end meats like

Certified Angus Beef, PEI Blue Dot, Tomahawk, Picanha, Wagyu, Ribeye, Striploin, and more. (We can help train you here but you should already hold an interest before applying)

Seafood Savvy

- Understanding of top-tier seafood like

lobster, scallops, shrimp, and premium fish varieties.

Ability to Educate Customers

- Confidently explain differences in meat quality, aging processes, and best cooking methods.

Mobile Sales Operations:

?

Valid Driver's License

- Clean driving record required.

(Bonus) Experience Towing & Driving Large Vehicles

- Ability to safely transport and maneuver a

24-foot enclosed trailer

is a HUGE plus.

Comfort Working in an Outdoor/Retail Setting

- You'll be selling at various locations around CBRM, parking lots, and high-traffic areas.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.20-$17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
