CE QUE VOUS FEREZ
Rxc3xa9sumer et interprxc3xa9ter les documents de bail commercial (baux, avenants, sous-locations)
Analyser les xc3xa9carts de loyer et traiter les paiements de loyer
Gxc3xa9rer les relations avec les clients, les fournisseurs et les proprixc3xa9taires
Rxc3xa9soudre les problxc3xa8mes de loyer et autres questions proprixc3xa9taire/locataire
Examiner les relevxc3xa9s annuels de rxc3xa9conciliation des proprixc3xa9taires et les calculs d'impxc3xb4ts fonciers pour en assurer l'exactitude et la conformitxc3xa9 au bail
Saisir, valider et gxc3xa9rer les documents de bail
Suivre et maintenir les dates critiques
Examiner les frais de gestion des parties communes (CAM) et autres augmentations et factures d'impxc3xb4ts fonciers
Gxc3xa9rer les comptes des sous-locataires, facturer et percevoir les loyers des locataires tiers
Projets spxc3xa9ciaux assignxc3xa9s par le responsable
CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS
Le/La candidat(e) idxc3xa9al(e) aura un diplxc3xb4me de premier cycle en commerce, comptabilitxc3xa9 ou finance et au moins 2 ans d'expxc3xa9rience professionnelle en administration de baux, comptabilitxc3xa9 ou gestion immobilixc3xa8re
Expertise dans la comprxc3xa9hension et l'interprxc3xa9tation du langage complexe des baux commerciaux
Maxc3xaetrise avancxc3xa9e de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel et Outlook) avec la capacitxc3xa9 de maxc3xaetriser les programmes de comptabilitxc3xa9 et de base de donnxc3xa9es spxc3xa9cifiques xc3xa0 l'entreprise

Our Lease Administration platform supports a diverse set of client needs from basic management of lease abstractions and critical dates to full financial management of landlord invoices and reconciliation audits, we provide comprehensive knowledge and access to data across the portfolio that enables our clients to make strategic real estate decisions that support and enhance their core business.
WHAT YOULL DO
Abstracting and interpreting commercial lease documents (leases, amendments, subleases)
Rent variance analysis and rent payment processing
Client/vendor/landlord relationship management
Resolution of rent and other landlord/tenant issues
Reviewing annual landlord reconciliation statements and real estate tax calculations to ensure accuracy and lease compliance
Data entry, validation and management of lease documents
Tracking and maintaining critical dates
Review CAM (Common Area Maintenance costs) and other escalations & real estate tax invoices
Subtenant account management, and billing/collections of third party tenant rents
Special projects as assigned by manager
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance and 2+ years of work experience in lease administration, accounting, or property management
Expertise in understanding and interpreting complex commercial lease language
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) with the capability to master company specific accounting and database programs
Strong financial and analytical skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
Ability to understand and interpret data
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners
Ability to multitask, work successfully under pressure and effectively manage time and workload
A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment
Bilingual (English/French) candidate strongly preferred
