Job Summary

We are looking for a Preclinical Autopsy Technician to join our Necropsy Team located in Laval - 2000$ Sign-On Bonus!!

Salary:

• Starting salary at 19.50/hr
• Relocation Assistance (if needed)
• 2000$ Sign-On Bonus
• Weekend premium: 2.75$/hrs
• After 37,5 hrs: Overtime paid at time and a half
• Holiday: Paid at double time
• Annual bonus based on performance.

Schedule:

• Permanent - Full-time position 37.5hrs per week
• Regular schedule between Monday to Friday daytime
• Depending on the company needs, you may have to do overtime at the end of your day
• Weekend rotation: 1 out of 4-5

What will you work on?

You will be responsible of evaluating animal tissues for pathologists. You will learn dissection techniques, specific tissue collection, abnormality assessment and tissue conversation methods through a continuous training and development program that will increase your knowledge of the anatomy of various animals.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for candidates with a technical background in animal health or bio-ecology or with a bachelor's degree in biology or animal science. The ideal candidate must be a team player with good meticulousness and precision skills, must be able to work physically (lift up to 20 kg) , must have a good understanding of written English.

Please note that upon being hired, you will have to undergo an annual tuberculosis test at the expense of the company.
