Pre Cast Steps Installer ( Crane Assissted)
Job Description
Responsibilities
-Rig and signal crane lifts safely, following safety protocols
- Prepare Job Site : Layout, grade, foundation/ footing work as needed
-Position, align, and secure precast steps
-Ensure Steps are level, stable, and properly connected or sealed as required
-Use hand and power tools to adjust, cut, or finish as needed
- Assist with Loading / transportation of precast units to job sites when required
-Perform regular maintenance of tools and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and PPE requirements.
Qualifications
- Prior Experience with precast concrete installation, or general concrete finishing with rigging/crane lift experience
- Knowledge of safe crane operations / rigging/ signaling is a strong plus
- Ability to read layouts/ work from plans or sketches
- Physically fit, able to lift heavy items, work outdoor in varying weather
- Valid Driver's license
- Safety Certifications( e.g. fall protection, rigging, first aid) will be considered an asset
