model has earned us a strong reputation across Ontario. Patients come to us not just for our

clinical excellence but for the results we consistently deliver.

Despite this, we recognize that growth and sustainability depend on more than great

outcomes -- they also rely on solid operations, strategic marketing, and practice

development.

Now, we are ready to grow beyond clinical outcomes -- expanding our digital presence,

marketing efforts, and revenue streams to better serve both our patients and our team.

organizations.

? Track and report on patient growth metrics, source of referrals, and areas for

outreach improvement.

? Maintain the clinic's website and digital platforms with support from external

vendors as needed.

3. Staff & Culture

teamwork thrive.

? Participate in and/or coordinate regular team meetings, performance reviews, and

training.

? Help integrate new practitioners smoothly into the clinic's systems and culture.

with the Clinic Director or accountant.

compliance with regulatory requirements.

? Generate and present periodic operational and financial reports to the leadership.

digital programs, educational content, and product sales (e.g. rehab tools, books, or

courses).

? Coordinate with designers, clinicians, and developers to bring offerings to market.

? Monitor and report on performance of digital products and recommend adjustments

for growth.
