Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule and coordinate internal and client meetings

- Manage and maintain the team calendar and key deadlines

- Communicate with clients by phone, email, and in person

- Oversee client relationship management and ensure a high standard of service

- Open new client accounts and ensure accurate documentation

- Track client information, follow-ups, and service milestones

- Plan and execute client appreciation events and educational seminars

- Support day-to-day operations and prioritize tasks effectively

- Collaborate with advisors to streamline workflows and improve client experience

Qualifications:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Redtail, or similar)

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Community-minded with a client-first attitude

- Understands the importance of giving back and fostering community engagement

- Knowledge of the financial services industry is required

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
