The Role of PPC Specialist
The PPC/Pay-Per-Click Specialist is responsible for creating and managing a variety of PPC campaigns across a range of Digital Channels such as: Google and Microsoft. They will also be responsible for compiling daily reports with PPC campaigns' performance to Senior Management.
Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities
Own the strategic planning and everyday management of multiple high budget PPC accounts across Google and Microsoft
Ongoing testing, optimization and tracking for lead generation to meet business KPIs
Monitoring bid management of campaigns across all PPC networks to identify trends, opportunities and areas of concern
Producing and presenting reports on PPC activity to internal stakeholders
Design Landing pages depending upon the Target Persona
Monitor Competitor performance by using Google auction insights and SEMRush
Working effectively with the other members of the PPC and digital team to maintain efficient running of all accounts
Education/Experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience of managing competitive PPC campaigns and able to display experience of managing large budgets
Experience in updating landing pages using WordPress is an asset
Experience of CRO with knowledge of creating and implementing multivariate test
Proven B2B PPC experience with lead generation tactics
Experience with Facebook and LinkedIn paid advertising is an asset
Experience of programmatic advertising and Native advertisements
Strong Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics with a passion for data analysis and data driven decision making
Knowledge of multiple biddable media platforms including display advertising, Google and Bing shopping ads, social media and remarketing
Knowledge on how to conduct a Long tail keyword research
Knowledge of salesforce is an asset
Google AdWords or Analytics Certification is a plus but not required
