Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in power sport repair and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to work effectively with power tools and hand tools. This role requires a commitment to customer service and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed. The Technician will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in vehicles and equipment.
• Perform automotive repairs using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment as necessary.
• Assemble components according to schematics and specifications.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with service manager regarding customer vehicle needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working on vehicles or machinery.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
• Proficient mechanical knowledge related to powersports systems and repairs.
• Experience using power tools and hand tools effectively and safely.
• Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting when required during repairs or installations.
• Understanding of schematics for assembling components accurately.
• Computer skills are a must for daily operations.
