We are currently looking for an experienced

Marine & Powersports Technician

to join our team and work on a variety of engines and vehicles.

Job Responsibilities

Powersports & Small Engine Maintenance & Repair

Diagnose, service, and repair

motorbikes, dirt bikes, ATVs, side-by-sides, and rangers

from brands like Honda, Polaris, KTM, Yamaha, and GasGas. Perform

routine maintenance

on small engines, including

oil changes, belt replacements, carburetor cleaning, and fuel system diagnostics

. Repair and service

outdoor power equipment

, such as

Honda engines, snowblowers, and outboard motors

. Troubleshoot and repair

electrical systems, ignition systems, and cooling systems

for various powersports vehicles.

Boat & Outdoor Motor Service

Diagnose and repair

outboard motors and marine engines

, including Honda and Yamaha models. Perform

pre-delivery inspections

and rigging for new boats and outboard engines. Service and maintain

steering systems, propellers, and trim systems

.

Performance Tuning & Customization

Install and tune

aftermarket performance parts

for motorbikes, dirt bikes, and ATVs. Work with customers to customize their

motorcycles and off-road vehicles

for enhanced performance. Diagnose and adjust

fuel injection, exhaust systems, and clutch performance

.

Customer Service & Documentation

Communicate with customers to explain repair work and provide cost estimates. Maintain accurate records of

repairs, diagnostics, and service history

. Assist with

warranty claims and manufacturer service guidelines

.

Shop Maintenance & Safety

Keep the

service area clean, safe, and organized

. Follow

safety protocols

when working with tools, chemicals, and fuel. Stay up to date with

manufacturer training and certification programs

.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

Minimum 3

+ years

in

powersports, Marine, or small engine repair

.

Technical Knowledge:

Expertise in

motorcycle, ATV, snowblower, and Boats / outboard motor repair

.

Certifications (Preferred):

Factory training from

Honda, Polaris, Yamaha, KTM, or GasGas

is a plus.

Diagnostic Skills:

Ability to use

ECU tuners, diagnostic scanners, and compression testers

.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in various conditions, and handle power tools safely.

Driver's License:

Valid driver's license (motorcycle or boating license is a plus).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
