Respect your true nature by puting forward your strengths:Boiler license is ideal for position, or 3-5 years of related boiler experience - we are willing to offer the training & certification to the ideal candidateManufacturing experience and powerhouse experience and consistent work history preferredHigh School Diploma/GED or equivalent and 3-5 years related experience requiredMust show a commitment to an interdependent safety-first attitudeConsistently display positive behavior that supports the organization\'s goals and objectivesMust be mechanically inclined and understand mechanical principlesThis job entails bending, walking, lifting, and climbing throughout the shiftAbility to work independently and in a team empowerment cultureHighly flexible with the ability to adjust to the demands of the job, produce high quality work, and can be depended on to complete assigned tasks.
