Job description:
As PowerHouse Developer, you will have the opportunity to work with all Solutions departments and will participate in the development and delivery of application support engagements with external clients.

In your day-to-day you will be responsible for:
A Following the our methodology for all projects, keeping in mind industry coding standards and best practices when working on all projects.
A Proactively supporting and managing our external client's expectations, concerns, and questions.
A Respecting SLA's (Service Level Agreements).
A Monitoring or helping to establish KPI's to properly measure performance on projects.
A Keeping immediate manager informed of all project updates and seeking out continual improvement and engagement of external clients.
A Recognizing, identifying, prioritizing, and tracking incidents per customer business requirements, organizational policies, and operational impact.
A Troubleshooting and resolving incidents using documented procedures and research capabilities.
A Tracking and updating incidents clearly and efficiently according to SLA requirements using Ticketing System.

What you must have:
A University or technical degree in a relevant field.
A Expert knowledge of PowerHouse programming: Dictionary, Q Design, QTP and Quiz.
A Experience with other Legacy Technologies is a plus, specifically with IBM i (formerly AS400).
A Strong SQL knowledge of coding SQL within PowerHouse code.
A Intermediate to expert knowledge of SQL (Oracle preferable).
A Ability to work with and communicate effectively to all levels of management on the client side.
A Ability to work independently while focusing on project details, project delivery, timely delivery and quality.
A Adaptable to change.
A Team Player, enthusiasm to share knowledge, and strong desire and ability to learn and grow.
A English oral & written, French is an asset.
A Legally authorized to work in Canada
