We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Power Sports Mechanic to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of various , powersports equipment, small engines and machinery. Duties
Diagnose and repairing mechanical issues in power sports equipment.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire changes, tune ups etc.
Move powsersports equipment and personal watercraft carefully and efficiently with skid steer and fork lift as required
Deliver mobile services to clients at their homes when required
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are stored properly.
Help with the disassembly and reassembly of small engines, marine equipment and other components as needed.
Document repairs and maintenance performed on powersports equipment accurately.
Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
Assist in other shop and storage facility tasks as required
Experience
Knowledge of powersports equipment repair and systems required, marine systems and mechanical principles is preferred but not required.
Previous experience in a mechanical or automotive, powersports or marine setting is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to boat and powersports repair and maintenance.
