Job Description
Power BI Developer
Remote within Canada. Candidates should be in EST time zone
- Experience with Power Bi , Scripting and developing semantic layer
- Role profile description
- Developing visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI
- Excellent in analytical thinking for translating data into informative visuals and reports
- Responsible for design methodology and project documentation
- Able to properly understand the business requirements and develop data models accordingly by taking care of the resources
- Work in Agile mode working on enhancements prioritized by business team
- Experience with Power BI
- Should have at least 6+ years of experience and knowledge and in prototyping, designing, and requirement analysis.
- Should have knowledge and experience in prototyping, designing, and requirement analysis.
- Should be familiar and experienced in SQL.
- Ability to communicate clearly with the client team and team members
- Ability to understand the long-term big picture and short-term perspectives of situations
- Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies
- Should have basic understanding on Insurance domain.
Experience with MS Power BI development
