to join our food processing plant. This role involves the precise and efficient removal of bones from poultry products while maintaining strict food safety, sanitation, and quality standards. The ideal candidate has experience in poultry or meat processing and is comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment focused on consistency and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Debone poultry products including chicken legs, thighs, wings, and breasts
Cut, trim, and portion poultry according to restaurant and customer specifications
Maintain consistent yield while minimizing waste
Ensure all products meet quality, weight, and presentation standards
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times
Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and sanitized
Work efficiently to meet daily production targets
Collaborate with team members to support overall production flow
Qualifications & Requirements
Previous experience in poultry deboning or meat processing preferred
Strong knife skills with steady and precise cutting techniques
Knowledge of food safety and proper meat handling procedures
Ability to work in a cold-room environment (0-4C)
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

Pay: $16.00-$21.00 per hour
