As our Post Production and Production Coordinator, you will help bring ideas to life through strong coordination, resource management, and hands on production support. You will thrive in a fast paced creative environment where no two days look the same, collaborating with editors, designers, and producers to deliver content that inspires.###

Responsibilities



+ Serves as the main point of contact for post-production on assigned projects, including case study videos
+ Assisting resource management team regarding identifying and booking freelance resources when required i.e., editors / designers / additional production staff
+ Manages multiple small- to medium-sized projects simultaneously
+ Assists in and oversees project schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met
+ Secures information and materials from suppliers and negotiates when needed
+ Provides status updates and answers questions for account teams and clients
+ Sets up and coordinates internal and external review screenings
+ Takes detailed notes in meetings as needed
+ Post-production and production administration such as vendor set up, raising PO's, liaising with internal finance teams, sending invoices for payment etc.
+ Summarizes project details upon project completion
+ Supporting operations of the creative/production department
+ Provides hands-on support for live and pre-recorded productions and events
+ Attends site visits and liaises with vendors and suppliers during pre-production and event setup
+ Coordinates logistics such as load-ins, setup timing, crew arrivals, and on-the-ground troubleshooting, as needed
+ Supports on-site during events and shoots to ensure smooth execution and adherence to production schedules
+ Collaborates with internal and external teams from planning through execution

Qualifications & Skills:



+ Production administration support
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field
+ Previous experience working within post-production
