• Offrir un service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le efficace et de qualit\xc3\xa9 sup\xc3\xa9rieure.
• R\xc3\xa9pondre aux demandes et r\xc3\xa9soudre les plaintes des clients relatives aux services postaux.
• Respecter le programme de service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le (SERVE) prescrit par Postes Canada.
• Assurer la propret\xc3\xa9 du comptoir postal et maintenir une image appropri\xc3\xa9e conform\xc3\xa9ment \xc3\xa0 la politique en mati\xc3\xa8re d\xe2\x80\x99uniformes et aux lignes directrices du code vestimentaire (p. ex., apparence soign\xc3\xa9e, uniforme approuv\xc3\xa9, insigne personnalis\xc3\xa9).

• R\xc3\xa9soudre les probl\xc3\xa8mes des clients pour assurer leur satisfaction.
• Planification du travail pour maximiser l\xe2\x80\x99efficacit\xc3\xa9 et r\xc3\xa9duire les co\xc3\xbbts.
• R\xc3\xa9soudre les probl\xc3\xa8mes relatifs aux d\xc3\xa9ficits de caisse.
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience avec les probl\xc3\xa8mes d\xe2\x80\x99inscription et d\xe2\x80\x99autorisation du comptoir postal.

EXP\xc3\x89RIENCE :

• Priorit\xc3\xa9 ax\xc3\xa9e sur le service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le.
• Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication \xc3\xa9crite et verbale.
• Bonnes connaissances en informatique.

• Organisation et minutie.
