Reporting to the Leader, Portfolio Management, this is a unique opportunity to work with the Portfolio Management team that is responsible for providing insights to the Executives to assist and support the organization in achieving the corporate strategy. This role also supports the Business Units to understand the utilization of resources and value add of the products, projects or programs. The Portfolio Management team is evolving their maturity model and is looking for an individual to be part of this evolution.
You'll
be responsible for
:
Creating/generating or identifying Planview reports that will be used to provide insight for the portfolio management team to help teams across Interac manage their work efficiently
Execute Planview configuration changes based on current business unit needs
Developing or updating playbooks with new processes and reports to align with the new features and functionality of Planview, while also supporting enterprise-wide organization change management efforts to increase adoption of Planview
Supporting the team reviewing, documenting and recommending improvements to current Portfolio Management processes with intent to improve efficiency. FY26 will be focused on process improvements
Updating The Hub (Interac's intranet) material as processes and Planview further matures
Conduct research on the Planview website to extract content on capabilities available to be considered for future releases

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, and Powerpoint)
Considerable experience in data visualization generating reports, reviewing data, developing online tools, user guides, resources and templates
Although not required, you have some familiarity or previous experience with the following:
Experience using Tableau, Power BI, Lucidcharts, or other data visualization tools
Knowledge of advanced Excel functions (Macros, PowerQuery, VLookUp, XLookUp)
Familiar with or understanding of portfolio and work management application (Planview preferrable)
Experience supporting customers (internal or external) in a technology context
