:Metrolinx is connecting communities across the Greater Golden Horseshoe. Metrolinx operates GO Transit and UP Express, as well as the PRESTO fare payment system. We are also building new and improved rapid transit, including GO Expansion, Light Rail Transit routes, and major expansions to Toronto\'s subway system, to get people where they need to go, better, faster and easier. Metrolinx is an agency of the Government of Ontario.At Metrolinx, equity, diversity and inclusion are essential to living our values of serving with passion, thinking forward and playing as a team.Our Development & Delivery Office is looking for Portfolio Delivery Manager on the ERP and Customer Digital Platform domain to provide end-to-end project management services for l&IT projects using Lean-Agile Methodology and the 4D (Decide-Design-Deliver-Deploy) process.
The Portfolio Delivery Manager will report to the Senior Portfolio Delivery Manager and will be responsible for setting up the vision of the project, maintaining transparency, and creating a shared understanding of what "Done" looks like. They will also be responsible for schedule management, engineering quality, financial accountability, project deliverables and communications; as well responsible for creating a culture of success; ensure compliance with Metrolinx\' s policies and mandates.What will I be doing?

• Participate in the definition and monitoring of the Delivery team\'s yearly operating plan and performance to monitor for quality and service excellence.
• Be an l&IT Delivery expert; advise the l&IT Senior Managers, Directors, Vice Presidents and Chief Information Officer (CIO) to improve planning, increase productivity, reduce risks and support operational efficiency and economy.
• Be the trusted partner to Metrolinx executives to help the business to use and analyze resources to manage enterprise risk and regulatory compliance.
• Provide expertise, advice and direction to l&IT and business resources who manager the delivery of related projects and services across the organization.
• Perform complete start to close-out project management on complex projects to ensure projects meet defined goals, scope, budget, and timelines
• Provide direction and advice to staff and personnel assigned to individual projects, through all project stages (e.g. on administrative, design, editing, technical, estimating, and priority issues).
• Lead the development, reviews and approvals of Project Charter and Project Plan documents. Lead the identification, assessment, mitigation, and communication of project risks. Manage risks of l&IT Delivery for Metrolinx.

What Skills and Qualifications Do I Need?

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required.
• Experience in Agile Project Management with demonstrated years including experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager or Product Owner. Minimum of 10 (ten) years of related project management and coordination experience.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps and other recognized Project Management Tools.
• Experience of large complex transformational projects and multiple simultaneous projects. Experienced in facilitation, conflict resolution and stakeholder management.
• ERP: Experience in end to end implementation of ERP projects with integration to multiple applications is required. Experience implementing Saas applications preferably Oracle Cloud is considered as asset. Experience implementing Business Intelligence Solutions is also considered as asset. Knowledge of Oracle E-business Suite and Oracle Cloud applications will be an added advantage.
• Customer Digital Platforms: Experience in delivering customer facing platforms for different digital channels like web, Signage, PA etc. Experience in delivering CRM/Web Chat capabilities for B2B and B2C.
• Progressive experience in project management, planning, budgeting, prioritization and risk management, which preferably includes the deployment or implementation of large-scale projects.
• Experience implementing both infrastructure and software systems would be beneficial. Recognized certification in Project management, Scrum Master, Lean, Agile or Scaled Agile (SAFe).
• Knowledge theories, principles, and practices for project management of IT systems and technology projects that incorporate capital and operating components. Knowledge of program management, planning, budgeting, prioritization, risk and change management principles, methods, and techniques to manage the development and implementation of medium scale system/program project
• Leadership skills to manage and motivate teams and set clear expectations
