Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and adherence to all transportation regulations.

Responsibilities

Operate a flat deck commercial vehicle with hydraulic lift gate to transport Portable toilets to designated locations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance. Clean, Prepare, Load and unload Portable Toilets, utilizing heavy lifting techniques as necessary. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise. Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients during deliveries.

Skills

Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks. Experience in warehouse operations is a plus, including knowledge of inventory management. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A strong sense of responsibility for safety and compliance with transportation regulations.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
