Job Description

We are seeking a Porsche Concierge to add to our team of professionals.

This is a customer-centric position and requires exceptional communication and customer care skills.

In this position you will be responsible to welcome customers, produce reports, problem solve customer satisfaction issues, and be able to liase with the manufacturer.

Reporting to the After Sales Manager this position will require a highly organized and professional individual who thrives in a fast paced dynamic environment.

Among your duties will be:

Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out Assist with customer satisfaction concerns. Generate and accurately complete various reports. Work closely with the Sales and Service teams. Follow prescribed processes and procedures. Fill in for our reception team. Work and act as host at various dealership events.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
