This position combines

hands-on cleaning responsibilities

with

assistant/marketing and concierge support

roles to the Owner and Clients.

This position requires a versatile individual with a strong background in cleaning, customer service, and various housekeeping tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to ensure smooth operations.

Everyone on our team begins by working in the field -- cleaning, organizing, and supporting clients' homes and offices. This is where we see your

office, marketing, and client-assistance work

Key Responsibilities:



Perform detailed residential and small office cleaning Handle laundry, organization, and light home management tasks Run errands and assist with personal and business concierge requests Support office administration and marketing tasks as needed Communicate professionally with clients and management Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times

Requirements:



Proven reliability and strong work ethic --

Excellent attention to detail and pride in presentation Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Clear background check Professional demeanor and positive attitude Strong communication and time-management skills

Preferred Experience:



Residential cleaning Personal assistant, hospitality, office support, marketing.

Compensation & Advancement:



$20-$23/hour

starting, based on experience

Advancement into concierge, administrative, and marketing support roles

with proven reliability and performance
Supportive, professional environment with respect for hard work and integrity

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.17-$29.14 per hour
