WINDERMERE MUSIC ACADEMY - Vocal teacher

Founded in 2016, The Windermere Music Academy has been helping kids and adults alike uncover and develop their passions of music and dance in a nurturing and welcoming environment. Taught by our expert instructors, our music school offers a range of instrument, voice, theory, and dance lessons so that everyone can discover their own beat, at any skill level from beginner to elite.

Having built up our reputation and clientele, we are continuing to grow and are looking for another piano teacher.

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly trained

Vocal Teacher

to

Teach private music lessons of 30, 45, and 60 minutes, tailored to each student's interests Incorporate various techniques, music theory and/or history for every lesson, providing a foundational approach to teaching Build strong and encouraging relationships with students, providing realistic goals to challenge each individual student, inspire creativity and progress technique Provide feedback to parents and other staff of the student's progress and development Attend staff meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Academy

Qualifications:

Diploma or Certificate from a recognized University/College Music Program in Piano Performance 3-5 years of professional teaching experience ARCT is considered an asset Reliable, punctual, patient individual that is adaptable in working with children and adults of varying skill levels Brings strong knowledge of music education and preparing students from beginner to advanced Engaging and communicative with a professional attitude and appearance

Candidates will be required to provide audio/video recordings for review.

Hire is dependent upon a satisfactory Police Information Check including a Vulnerable Sector Search. The successful candidate will be subject to a three month probation period.
