About the role

Our Poolside Massage Therapists have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

Hourly Wage: $18.50-$20.00

What you will do

Administer personalized, quality massage treatments at the pool.

Provide the guest with personal, gracious, and professional service, perceptive to their individual wants and needs.

Provide the guest with thorough knowledge of the treatments, fitness, and recreational services offered at the Spa and Resort.

Provide the Spa Director on guest response to our service line, thereby actively creating the best possible spa menu for our guests.

Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and organization for the Spa and Pool.

Be knowledgeable about all aspects of the spa. (ie.-appointment procedures, clean up procedures, menu of services and amenities.)

Promote all the other programs offered by the spa; encourage guests to experience the numerous other massages and packages offered.

What you bring

Must carry all appropriate licenses and insurance.

Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in Canada

Strong command of the English language

Excellent commitment to service and teamwork

Ability to work in Canada

Schedule & Hours:

This role is a full-time seasonal position, from mid-June to mid-September. As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our service team to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
