Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and experience in pool maintenance and repair. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' pools are clean, safe, and functioning properly. This role requires attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Perform routine pool maintenance tasks including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment inspections. Diagnose and repair pool equipment issues such as pumps, filters, heaters, and automated systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs and maintenance tasks. Maintain accurate records of service performed on each pool. Communicate with clients regarding their pool maintenance needs and provide recommendations for improvements or repairs. Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing all tasks.

Requirements

Proven mechanical knowledge with a focus on equipment repair and maintenance. Experience in pool cleaning and maintenance is highly desirable. Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools used in the industry. Previous experience as a service technician is preferred but not mandatory. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
