Pool Installer - Landscape Construction Crew Lead

Proscape Land Design is an award-winning Landscape Design Build Company who has been providing high-end residential design/build work in the Western GTA since 2002. We pride ourselves in the quality of our installations, high attention to detail and exceeding our customer's expectations. Our offices are in Oakville and Burlington.

We are looking for an experienced

POOL INTALLER - CREW LEAD

to join our team.

What We Offer:

HOURLY RATE: $35-45 based on experience

Full-time employment, 45 - 55 hours per week peak season, Monday-Friday (weekend as needed)

Lead a crew in performing high-end residential pool installation

An ability to voice and implement new ideas with management

Excellent on the job training to grow and develop your skills

What You Bring:

Must Have

Minimum 3-5 years experience in high-end residential pool / landscape construction (vinyl liner)

Extensive knowledge of pool construction techniques, materials and equipment

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Operation of a Skid Steer, Mini excavator and track dumper if required

The ability to meet the physical demands of this outdoor job including lifting 50lbs

You work well with others and can lead, motivate, instruct, and delegate a crew of 2 - 5 employees.

Ability to communicate professionally with clients and strive to exceed their expectations

Attention to detail, be career minded with a desire to grow with the company long term

Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards

G License with a clean driving abstract required (other licensing an asset)

What You Will Do:

Installation of pools from start to finish including plumbing, grouting, wall construction etc.

Supervise and lead a team in the construction of pools / landscape install

Manage daily site operations, ensuring timelines, safety protocols and quality standards are met

Troubleshoot and resolve construction challenges and specifications

Maintain a clean, organized and safe worksite

Track project progress and report updates to management

Possibility of working with our Hardscape crew if required

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
