Job Title: Pool Builder/ Labourer

Job Purpose:

To begin or expand on a career building swimming pools. We continue to grow, and are looking for someone that has experience in a similar field, or that has developed skills working with their hands, trouble shooting challenges, that could be a good transferrable skill set. Concrete flat work (Patios/Sidewalks), carpentry, electrical, plumbing, anything that has had you in a position where you have to build or fix things. Ideally, looking for someone who would like a long-term seasonal career.

About You:

Ability to learn quickly.

Good time management skills.

Experience working with your hands.

Ability to interact with customers in a positive manner.

Required Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and ability to get to and from work.

Able to work in warm or cold weather.

Able to lift at least 75 pounds.

Ability to use hand and power tools.

Duties and Responsibilities:

This will depend on the person(s) hired, and the crews that they work with. We do our own hardscapes, as well as building inground, onground, and above ground pools. In general, all positions work outdoors around pools.

Work environment:

With the seasonal nature of this position, the work environment may be in hot or cold weather, outside, and may require working in the rain when required.

Ability and willingness to work 10 to 12 hour days as needed during peak season.

Monday to Friday (7:00 am start time) and the occasional Saturday as required.

Pay: $16.50-$20.00 per hour
