Job Description
Pool Cleaners are responsible for reliable and professional conduct as a company representative on all job sites. The employee will perform all responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Manager relative to their role as a Pool Cleaner and reports directly to the Maintenance Manager or their designate. Training will be provided both on-site, and online.
The Pool Cleaner will be responsible for completing their daily job list constructed by the Maintenance Manager. This job list will include a number of different locations to service customers pools and spas on their property. Servicing will include cleaning the filters, keeping water chemistry is balanced by adding needed chemicals, brushing and skimming leaves and buildup out of the water.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Clean and maintain swimming pools, including vacuuming, scrubbing, and skimming debris from the surface of the water. Monitor and maintain chemical levels in the pool, including chlorine and pH levels, to ensure a safe and comfortable swimming environment. Conduct minor repairs or contacting service department on large repairs Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional manner. Maintain accurate records of pool maintenance and repairs, including logging chemical readings and documenting any repairs or maintenance performed. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including keeping pool equipment and supplies in good working order and storing them properly when not in use. A valid Class 5 Driver's License is required for the position.
