Qualifications & Requirements:
Availability:
Morning & Afternoon shifts, including weekends.Physical Capabilities:
Ability to lift up to50 pounds
, with frequent movements such asbending, kneeling
, and standing for extended periods.Self-Motivated:

Provide assistance to guests withchairs, tables
, and other amenities as needed.Guest Interaction:
Proactively address guest concerns and follow up to ensure their satisfaction.Communication Skills:
Relay guest requests tomanagement
in a timely manner.Cleanliness:
Pick up garbage and maintain aclean environment
in the pool area.Hospitality Mindset:
Greet each guest with asmile, eye contact
, and afriendly verbal greeting
, using their names whenever possible.Safety Compliance:
Adhere to allsafety regulations
and actively participate in thehealth and safety program
