The Intake Specialist is the initial point of contact for all potential new clients. It is an integral position that assures new clients are responded to quickly, confidentially and professionally. Good listening skills with a focus on empathy along with excellent verbal communication, writing and interpersonal skills are required.
Responsibilities include taking & making phone calls, responding to emails and monitoring our online enquiry system. The ability to prioritize and multitask under pressure and able to work independently but as part of a team. Initiative is important, strong organizational skills and attention to detail is crucial.
