Chamberlain Building Services in actively expanding our services to offer full scale Plumbing. We are seeking a highly motivated well rounded Plumbing Professional to help us grow an internal plumbing department. Great opportunity for a dedicated individual to enter a well-established Mechanical Company at pivotal time during conception of a new department. Lots of room to grow!!

Job Requirements

306A Plumbing min 5 years

Gas fitter 2 min

Backflow Preventor Certificate (or interest to obtain)

Driver's License

Ability to obtain clean security clearance check

Experience working on Commercial, Industrial and Institutional Plumbing systems

Installations , Service and Maintenance

Take direction well, yet works independently with minimal supervision

Honest

Works with integrity

Motivated

Communicate effectively via email, phone, and work order platform

Ability to manage workloads and prioritize

Key Responsibilities

Install, Service and Maintain plumbing systems including

-DHW

-Heating Boiler

-Drain Systems

-Chilled Water

Installation of GAS piping

Testing and Maintaining Back Flow Preventors

Provide quoting information

Work with property managers and customers

Work with HVAC team on support

Benefits and Wages

$55.00 to $65.00 per hours based on experience

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
