Core Mechanical is a residential and commercial plumbing company in the construction space, focusing on concrete towers. We do not do service plumbing; all our work is on new construction sites and requires safety training for construction settings.

As a Foreman you will be at the forefront of our company's growth and success, as you are responsible for the project from conception to completion. You will oversee and run challenging and diverse projects in a collaborative environment, to ensure things flow smoothly. You will also:

Deal directly with the general contractor's site supervisor Attend site meetings, review answers of meeting minutes Provide leadership to the crew, keep the crew on task, carrying out the BIM design efficiently Carry out the building information design Coordinate between the BIM team and pre-fab shop Identify, track, and mitigate potential project issues in advance (including but not limited to Man loading labor, ordering, scope gaps, subcontractor errors)

Skills & Qualifications

Over 5 years of plumbing experience Journeyman Plumber or above with experience in a company involved in water/wastewater treatment, construction, or engineering contracting with municipal government agencies. Effective leadership and organizational skills with the ability to effectively influence others and successfully resolve a variety of project and technical issues. Ability to communicate clearly on mechanical projects. Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
