Duties
Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to plumbing projects
Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively under supervision
Support the assembly of pipes, fittings, fixtures, and other plumbing components
Participate in troubleshooting mechanical issues involving HVAC systems, carpentry elements, or plumbing fixtures
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
Follow all safety protocols and building codes during project execution
Assist with routine maintenance tasks on plumbing systems and related mechanical equipment
Requirements
Basic mechanical knowledge with an interest in plumbing, construction, or maintenance trades
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools and schematics is preferred but not required -- training will be provided
Ability to read blueprints and schematics; basic math skills are necessary for measurements and calculations
Experience or background in carpentry, HVAC, or general construction is a plus
Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills on the job
Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments
Ability to follow safety guidelines diligently and work as part of a team
Must be at least 18 years old or older; valid driver's license is mandatory
