Parr Mechanical Plumbing and Heating is looking for

Licensed Plumbers

to perform full-time service calls and project work for

new construction, full installations, renovation, in residential, agriculture, & commercial

throughout

Perth County, Oxford County, Middlesex County, and Waterloo Region

.

$40-$45 plus overtime pay, competitive wages based on experience Monday to Thursday, 7:00am-5:00pm (schedule subject to change) Friday shift, Afternoon shift, Weekends and Overtime as needed Rotational "on call" between employees is expected

Licenses

:

Licensed Plumber 306A, COT Registered in good standing is required (senior apprentices will also be considered) Valid Ontario driver's license is required with clear driver's abstract is required with own transportation G1, G2, G3 gas fitters license an asset Safety Training Level 1-Working at Heights an asset Work at Heights and Elevating Work Platforms is an asset Backflow tester an asset

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations. Utilize hand and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks. Read blueprints and schematics to determine layout and installation requirements. Perform heavy lifting and assembly of plumbing fixtures and systems. Collaborate with other trades, applying mechanical knowledge and carpentry skills as needed. Adhere to safety protocols, including obtaining a Working at Heights Certificate for elevated work.
