We are seeking a skilled and dedicated plumber to join our team in our new construction division. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities and a comprehensive understanding of plumbing, gas fitting, hydronic heating installations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and complete new plumbing, gas, and hydronic heating installs in both the residential and light commercial construction sectors. Plan and organize labour and materials to hit project production goals effectively. Communicate with customers, contractors, project managers, and other sub trades on job sites to provide unity in purpose and expectations. Ensure the highest standards of quality on our projects and compliance with local building codes and regulations. Promote our company culture and values through positive attitude, team collaboration, and trade stoke.

Skills

Knowledge of plumbing, gas, and hydronic heating systems, the construction process, and provincial mechanical building codes. Proficiency in blueprint reading for accurate installations in new construction projects. Communication abilities to coordinate, educate, motivate, and collaborate with workers and customers. A valid BC drivers license and the ability to drive company work vehicles. Basic technical abilities to use our company project management and time tracking apps. Willingness to learn and grow as an individual tradesperson through weekly/monthly goal setting, accountability, and training opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
