Commercial high rise journeyman plumbers. HRM

Duties:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems
- Assemble and install pipes and fittings using various tools and techniques
- Perform pipe threading and cutting as necessary
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as HVAC technicians and carpenters, to complete projects
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems or areas for improvement
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required
- Assist with remodeling projects as needed

Skills:
- Proficient in basic math calculations for measuring and cutting pipes
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and how they interact with plumbing systems
- Familiarity with carpentry techniques for framing and installing fixtures
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Mechanical knowledge to understand the workings of plumbing systems
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues effectively
- Experience with assembling and disassembling plumbing components
- Proficient in pipe threading techniques
- Maintenance Person skills for general repairs and maintenance

Pay: $32.00-$35.00 per hour
