Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of plumbing systems, with the ability to install, repair, and maintain various plumbing fixtures and systems in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in diverse environments.

Duties

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fittings, and fixtures. Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions. Use hand tools and power tools to perform plumbing tasks efficiently. Assemble and weld components as necessary for repairs or installations. Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to ensure compliance with local codes and regulations. Collaborate with other tradespeople such as carpenters when necessary for project completion. Perform heavy lifting as required during installations or repairs. Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a plumber or in a related field is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various plumbing issues. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in plumbing work. Valid commercial driving license is a plus but not required. Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment safely. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.

Pay: $38.00-$45.00 per hour
